First, create a child theme:
https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Child_Themes#How_to_Create_a_Child_Theme

Then, edit the child theme’s css file and add something like this at the end:

.themeinfo a, #footer a {
    color: #000;
}

This changes the link color to black. Adjust as you like.
