Change form action

I got an wp_die error after submitting the options page after implementing this diff (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/allow-access-for-editors), that says ‘301options could not be loaded.’
Because the options-page is added to the tools-menu the form should send data for saving to tools.php. Did it on Github here:
