Change from All In One SEO Pack Plugin to TheSeoFramework

    Hello to all,

    at the moment Im running my website with WordPress and Theme MediCenter Version: 11.8 Von QuanticaLabs plus the “All In One SEO Pack Plugin 3.7.1”. But I want change the theme and the Seo-Plugin from All In One SEO Pack Plugin to the TheSeoFramework.

    However, I have a large website with many subpages and the titles, meta descriptions, etc. are entered for all of them with the All In One SEO Pack Plugin. If I now change the Seo Plugin Tool to TheSeoFramework, do I have to enter all the titles, meta descriptions, etc. again?

    Is there any way that I can keep all the data (titles, meta descriptions) after the move? An answer would help me very, very much!

    Not necessarily. There is a plugin, called SEO Transporter and it helps you switch SEO plugins. However, mileage might vary. I would recommend cloning your website to the local environment and doing a dry run. Most of the metadata should transfer just fine, but you still should go over it manually. Note that most users switching to TSF have very little problems using SEO Transporter, but please don’t do it in production if possible.

    The SEO Transported should help you with switching from any to any SEO plugin. You need to give it a try. We are currently working on our own data transporter, but I can’t give you an ETA now.
