Change FROM Email Adddress

    Hello, we are running a WooCommerce website, and we are using MS Outlook as our SMTP. We want a different FROM email address for WooCommerce related emails and contact form related emails. But the problem is, Outlook is forcing the ‘FROM’ email address on everything, is there a solution for this?

    Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, Outlook does not allow sending emails from different sender’s addresses (From Email). The email account you’ve authenticated will send all the emails sent from your site.

    You might want to check out other mailers. We have documentation on each of the available mailers.

    @sanzeeb3 which mailers that would allow us to setup a different ‘FROM’ email address?

    Mailers such as SMTP.com, Sendinblue, Mailgun, Sendgrid etc. allow you to setup different ‘From Email’ but those should be specific to your domain for example: [email protected], [email protected]. These mailers will require you to verify your domain by adding their DNS records to your domain.
