Change "From Free" in woocommerce to lowest price above free

I have a problem with woo commerce that is driving me crazy trying to resolve and am hoping someone may be able to help.

I have a site that offers free samples on certain products as well as variable priced versions of the same products, the free products are set up in the product variations. The problem is on the shop overview page it shows those products as being “From: Free!”, you can see this here https://www.oliven.co.uk/product-category/felt/

Ideally instead of showing “From:Free!” I want it to show from the next price above free, so the lowest price before the free sample.

Please can anyone help?
