Change Google Profile In Blog Posts

Hello,
Can anyone advise me how to change the Google+ Profile which populates in my blog posts? I’ve changed the profile in my header.php child theme, but when I try to change it in the Settings > Sharing tab WordPress won’t allow me too.
I’m running a Vantam theme.
