Change Gravatar

I don’t know if this is a theme thing (I’m using Crowdpress) or a plugin question. Unless I’m missing something somewhere, it appears the only way for a user to change their Gravatar is in the backend. Is it possible to have something added to the crowdfunding profile page to manage this since users aren’t touching the WP backend?
