Change h3 font style

Hi all,

I want to change my h3 font style, my theme is twentyeleven and the standard h3 style i dont like.

I looked trough the style.css file but cant find it.
I tried to look on the forum but i only can find changing the size.

I understand a little css but i cant get it done by myself.
