Change Head section

Hi,

We are migrating from Remy theme and would like to build the head section exactly like the previous website: https://www.evyssecrets.com/
To achieve this, I think some divs will have to be moved around in the head section.
Situation now:
<div class=”container header-contents right-toggle”>
<div class=”site-branding”></div>
<nav id=”site-navigation”></nav>
<div class=”header-sidebar”>
[SEARCH] [LANGUAGE SWITCH] [ACCOUNT] [CART]
</div>
</div>
To achieve what we want, the search block will have to move from the .header-sidebar to .header-contents. Right in between .site-branding and #site-navigation.
How can we achieve something like that?
