Change Header Area to Animated Banner?

Hello! I am very new to WP and I chose the Easel template to work with but am trying to modify some things. I am trying to change the Banner into an animated banner that consist of a scroll bar and a slide show.

ISSUES:

1. If I import the scroll bar in “Above Header” Section it auto aligns to the left but…I need it to align directly above photo gallery.

2. If I insert an image into “header” widget area then I cannot import a second image into header again… therefore I get the pic gallery but no logo on my top left.

Is there a way to offset an image (i.e logo) to be top left so I can use Header space to import the scroll bar and Gallery? Or can I create one big Header that includes ALL animated images and import that way? Also, does WP templates even accept animated images?If so, which formats?
