Change header image URL on specific page

I use the Unique Headers plugin for unique header images on specific pages and the Page Specific Menu Items plugin. I have styles.css and header.php files in my child theme.

Only on specific pages I want to remove the header image hyperlink which by default points to the Home Page and add a header image hyperlink pointing to a variable internal page of my choice.

This appears to be a related question asked by jhh78 but I want this to work only on specific pages.
