Thanks Colin! I tried this code in the style.css file.

hr { display: block; height: 1px;
border: 0; border-top: 1px solid #ccc;
margin: 1em 0; padding: 0; }

and it worked fine. I did search style.css for a definition like this before I posted and could not find anything.
