Change http to https

Book covers are grabbed over HTTP, which renders HTTPS websites insecure (showing the an exclamation on the green lock in Firefox, for example).

After installing this plugin, I have edited it to use only HTTPS for grabbing book information and to show book covers. Can this become part of the official plugin? My “fix” will be broken when this plugin next updates, otherwise.
