Change hyperlink color in admin panel?

  • How can I change the hyperlink color in the admin panel (dashboard area)? I’m using the “fresh” color scheme and thought it would entail changing a line in the “colors-fresh.css” file, but I’m not having any luck. Any help is much appreciated.
