I’ve noticed a change in the look of the call to action shortcode [wm_call_to_action] on my site. I’m not sure if the change is due to changes in the Jetpack plugin or if it’s as a result of a theme update.

The call to action used to pop the TEXT placeholder into a simple box with a border. Now that same content is just spaced differently than the rest of the paragraph text, but the border and slight indentation that the CTA box caused are gone.

Here’s two examples of the “after” I described above without the border on the CTA: https://carolinashowski.org/events/2016-barefoot/

I’m running WordPress 4.3.1 with the Tempera theme. I’m also using a free version of the Events Manager plugin, but I doubt that’s affecting this change since it’s appearing in the same different way on both event and regular pages.

    Thanks in advance!

I just noticed that the tabs shortcode [wm_tabs] also looks askew on my site: https://carolinashowski.org/meet/mission/

This makes me think I may need to speak to the theme developers. Do you concur? Is there anything else I may be able to try?

    Thanks again in advance.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Since Jetpack doesn’t include these 2 shortcodes, and since we didn’t make changes to Jetpack’s shortcodes in 3.7.1 and 3.7.1, contacting the theme developers is indeed your best bet at the moment.

Before you do, I’d suggest deactivating each one of your plugins, one at a time, to make sure the problem is not caused by a conflict between your theme and another plugin.

    I hope this helps.

Thank you Jeremy! I obviouslt thought both were coming from Jetpack. My bad!

That’s what I get for late night WordPressing. ??
