    Hi @konijntje,

You can edit customer email notification content by using a free translation plugin like Loco Translate. This will allow you to find that text and change it to what you’d like.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Mirko,

    Thanks for your reply.

Since I only want to change 1 word, is there another way?
Seems it’s unnecessary to download a Translation plugin just to translate 1 word.

I prefer to change in email-order-details.php or using functions.php
Maybe you can help me out?

    Cheers,
    Konijntje

You can also use the ‘Say What?’ plugin for individual string changes: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/say-what/
You can find all possible translations in your woocommerce.pot file.

    Thanks for you reply.

Is there any way doing this without a plug-in?

    Hi there,

If you want to customize the template without using a plugin, read more about how to override and customize templates in WooCommerce by starting here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/

If you do require more help with the actual coding, we’d recommend hiring a developer or one of the customization experts listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

    Cheers.
