Change individual order price based on time

    Hi,
    I need suggestion about Woocommerce plugin.

    I have problem on pending payment order. I am using BACS/Bank Transfer method, because credit card payment for e-commerce is not common in my country. But bank transfer raises new problem: many customers don’t wire the payment right away. After I investigate, they said they forgot or busy.

    So I need a feature to raise urgency to make immidiate payment.

    Here is the screnario:
    – Price $10
    – When checkout, auto discount added and lowering price to $8.
    – $8 only apply if customer make payment within 1 hour.
    – Customer confirm and ‘Make Payment’ via BACS. $8 invoice created.
    – If customer doesnt pay within 1 hour, the price automatically changes to $10.
    – New invoice $10 automatically created and send to customer.

    What plugin I need to fulfill the process?

    Hi there,

    Because BACS is a completely manually payment method, I don’t think there will be a great solution to this. It’s up to a shop owner to manually process/complete orders after they see the payment received in their account. WooCommerce has no way of knowing that payment was received, automatically. So, even if you have a custom plugin that is checking the order status of each order, it would be possible that a customer has paid within 1 hour, but the shop manager hasn’t yet updated the order status. In that case, you customer would receive a new invoice for $10 even though they’ve paid within 1 hour.
