Change “Interested Groups” text

I want to change the text “Interested groups” to “Send info for:”

I downloaded the Loco Translate plugin. I changed the source text in the editor and saved it. But nothing changed on the front end.

Can you send step by step instructions? I have followed the link you sent previously, but they don’t give enough detail.
