  • Hi @qualle

I want to change the “Provided to” address here in the transaction fee invoices. See the pixeled area here: https://imgur.com/a/h0gRocd

Any Idea where I can do that?

From what I understand, you’re looking to update the “Provided to” address on your WooCommerce Payments transaction fee invoices, right? The “Provided to” address is usually the business address you entered when you first set up your WooCommerce Payments account.

Just so you know, WooCommerce Payments is a result of a partnership with Stripe. So, when you sign up and install WooCommerce Payments, a unique Stripe Express account is automatically created for you.

You can modify your account details by navigating to your Stripe Express account through the Payments → Overview → Edit details section. We have two comprehensive guides for this process:

I hope this information is helpful! If you have any additional questions or need more help, don’t hesitate to ask.

Hello Tamrat, thank you very much for this detailed answer.

We already followed the guide “How do I update my contact details such as email address or phone number in Stripe?“, but the address still remains the old one. Maybe it’s because we accidentally used another stripe account? How can we check, which stripe account is linked to the website’s WooCommerce?

By the way I can’t find the click path of “Stripe Express account Payments → Overview → Edit details“. What I see is this: https://imgur.com/a/CpVUBYP

    Hello @qualle

I understand you’d like to clarify which Stripe Express account of yours in linked with WooCommerce Payments currently, at your site, along with editing the Provided to address on the invoices you receive.

Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.
