Change JQuery background slide distance?

This menu looks great, as long as there is enough room for the label. I have a fluid layout, and below certain widths, the label wraps to a 2nd line and goofs up the display. I thought a potential fix would be to change the background *.png from 10×80, to 10×160 and scale the image, but it is still sliding -40 on hover and looks terrible. I’ve poured over the php, but can’t find where its getting the -40 from. I’d like to change it to -80.
