Change Just Footer Text Color

Seems easy enough, but I can’t find where in the .css to change JUST the footer text to white. I would like the rest of the site’s text to stay the same.

It seems there is a universal font color being change, but I’d like to separate this out for the footer so that it shows on that dark blue color.
