change language

Hi everyone.
I’m not very keen on WP or PHP…I searched a lot on every forum support but couldn’t find the information I need!!
Where can I define another language to the plugin? I found the language files on ‘/locale/’ but I don’t know on which file I should change the language file!
Anyone??
