Change language

Hi there,

I was wondering what the easiets way to create a ‘change language function’ would be. All I can find on the subject is to change the language on the dashboard. I am interested in giving the oppertunity for the user to read the blog in both English and Danish. Do I need to create a seperate blog for the English version which I link to from the Danish version or is there some other way to do this?
