    Can it be possible to change language on Low,normal,high,emergency ? I tried to send the local language to api, that did not work.

    Hi @alexwh, sorry for the slow reply.

    Unfortunately I do not think this is possible currently. The priority must be sent to the Zendesk API in English as that is their defaults. This may be possible in future though.
