change layout in the admin panel

are there themes for admin panel?

I want change Write>Write Post page;

I not want see some areas: upload, optional excerpts, trackbacks, custom field, and of the ight menu I want see only categories item;

is possible?
I think with plugin and a theme for admin panel.
