Change layout of post-screen

  • Hey!

    I want to edit the standard layout of new post-screen.
    By default, each user can move the Excerpt-field around as they like, but that is not preferable.

    I want to stick the Excerpt-field right under the Title-field, and not allow any user to move the field around…

    Is this possible?
