Change link

Hai friends,

How can I change my wordpress permalinks?

for eg: “https://localhost/wordpress/?page_id=145”, this is the link of my About Us page, how can I change this link to “https://localhost/wordpress/about/”? If I tried to change the link as above, then ‘URL not found’ message appears.
