Hi, I have a problem. The page / accountpremium / # lostpassword works in half. When I click on lostpassword and insert the email, in the mail that arrives there is no link to reset. I wanted to know how to solve because I did not find solutions. Alternatively I would like to replace the link with another page> the default wordpress reset page that works.

ps. the link that works is /myaccount/lost-password/

    Hello there @matteomangia2,

hope you’re doing good today! ??

I tried to replicate this with no avail though. The Reset Password emails were working good, including the proper reset link.

Please keep in mind that this page is actually part of the “protected content” page, which contains the forms to login and reset password.
The reset password form comes up with the #lostpassword anchor in these pages.

So for example if you visit
    https://example.com/account/
    you will be redirected to
    https://example.com/account/#lostpassword

    If you visit
    https://example.com/account/?action=view_activities
    you will be redirected to
    https://example.com/account/?action=view_activities#lostpassword

Having said that, the issue you reported seems more like some kind of conflict with another plugin or active theme.
In order to double check that, you should either have a recent working backup (including all files and database) or a staging environment. Then perform a conflict test, by deactivating all plugins apart from Membership 2 Pro and activating a default theme like TwentySeventeen, one by one though, and check each time how’s the “reset password” form works. If you able to resolve this, the last deactivated plugin or theme should be causing this.

    Looking forward for your results!
    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

Thanks for your answer. I think the problem was that the plugin conflicts with the theme or with an attached plugin. I solved by modifying the url code manually. Thanks again
