Change link onf post titles

Hello,
I am going to creat a website of music with artists displayed on their own page (not post page).
I want to use the blogroll (posts list) as a page of infos-news.
In the case when i post news about the artists, instead of the post title linking to the post page, I would like for it to link to a page of my choosing. How can i do it ?

I use twentyeleven child theme.
