Change location of Site Identity Text

I have WordPress 4.8 running Advanced Twenty Seventeen Child theme. I installed the Advanced plug-in yesterday. So far everything is working well. I changed the site identity font. Looks great. Now, I would like to move the site identity text to the top of the landing page, please tell me how, or if, I can do this. I would also like to suppress the picture on subsequent pages…just see the site identity text (or a smaller picture) and menus, etc. My header graphic is a group photo, which looks strange when not seen full size! I’m running it under localhost before launching a website (not blog). Thanks for your help.
