Because you can not change it there.

No, I have not. I didn’t think I have to try for something that obvious to me.

That’s the problem.

Nothing comes up with I click the logo.

There is no pencil to edit or change the image.

Issue resolved.

For some reason, your functionality and mine were a little different.

I had to click Header Builder -> HEADER TYPES -> Transparent Header Builder.

And was able to change the image.

The pencil did not come up for me.

Not sure why it was different but it worked.

Hi @rayeason,

First of all, good to know that you have figured it out. Yes, we can go to the specific section on the Customizer by clicking the options we have on the control bar on the left side. The pencil icons are just kind of a “shortcut” to go to the specific section.

Anyway, those pencil icons should also be available on your site as there’s no “version” of Astra that doesn’t have those pencil icons. Probably there is something on your site that causes the pencil icons are not available on your Customizer. Plugin conflict maybe?
