Change logout link

Hi there,

I’m using a plugin that makes the logout link for my users universal. My users need to go to dailyhodl.com/logout in order to be logged out.

Because of this, the logout link that’s on the add page no longer works. The logout link there needs to always be dailyhodl.com/logout at this point.

How do I change it so that the logout link always takes users there?
