• I am having a heck of a time changing the main content area from the #FFF to a background image… (this is NOT the same as the site background image which can be changed from the WP UI Admin) Only thing I can think of is that it is controlled by a script somewhere and I am just missing it ??? I have added a [ background-image: url (“https://www.mydomain.com/images/bg-image.png”)!important; ] line every where I can find but no luck…. ?? this saddens me deeply! Any help peeps? Thanks!

Try adding your CSS modifications through a Custom CSS Manager plugin or a Child Theme‘s stylesheet.

Thanks for responding Andrew, (sorry for the delay getting this thank you in) you were correct… All I had to do was create a child theme and make the adjustment and the BG image began to show up. I guess it’s time to read up! Thanks again,

    best regards, “K”
