Change membership level for next payment in recurring subscription

Hello, I haven’t found solution for this and would like to know if there is already some code written or an add-on.
All pmpro levels we have in our site are recurring subscription, so when a member changes his subscription, it charges member automatically as there is no expiration date, what I am trying to achieve is that level changes at the end of the period so it then charges with new amount on that date.
Is this possible to do for recurring subscription?
