Change Membership Level Link Not Showing

Hi,

I have just realised that the ‘Change Membership Level’ link is not showing anywhere on the frontend user account pages. I noticed that you have removed this feature on your most recent version.

Is there a shortcode I can use on a page so members can change their memberships from the front end?
