Change Menu Colour and Footer Colour on Photopress Pro

    I am trying to change the colour of my menu bars on https://www.traveltheglobe4less.com from grey to the same colour as the title. I cannot find anything in the CSS stylesheet which refers to the colour of the menu or the footer which I also want to change.

    I do have a custom CSS box so could I use this instead, and if so what code should I use?

    Also you will see I have two menus and ideally I only want the main menu but again have no idea how to remove this.
