Change menu item color and reduce width of widget sidebar

I am using colorway lite theme.

1. I want to change color of menu item of this theme. It is originally forest green which does not suit my website.

2. I want to reduce width of widget’s primary right side bar as it takes up space when I create 3 columns on my page.

What css codes do I need to put in styling css options?
