Change Menu Item Color – Troubleshoot

  • I am using Tempera template at healutah.dreamhosters.com

    I have read previous forums to try to change the main navigation menu item “DONATE” to a different color.

    I tried to change the background color using the following code, inserted at the end of Tempera: Stylesheet (style.css) in the “Editor” of the WordPress dashboard.

color: #0072ce
}

    Nothing changes when I reload the home page. Others seem to have found success with this code. What am I doing wrong?
