    It’s definitely a hookable option. Basically, you’d want to find the array field that has that phrase and hammer it with something else. If you haven’t watched the hooks video, head over to the developer’s codex at:

    Most likely, you can accomplish it with just a few lines of code. The big challenge is just figuring out the exact array set and changing the string.
