    Hi @gabrekc,

To start over using a different account you can follow these directions below once you’ve initially completed the set up of the plugin.

so I had seen this, but I am not able to complete the registration with this account, in the step of creating an account in google merchant center, I get an error:

Your URL, , is currently claimed by another Merchant Center account.
Warning: If you reclaim this URL, it will cause any existing product listings or ads to stop running, and any existing shipping or tax configurations will be lost. The other verified account will be notified that they have lost their claim.

even doing what he asks I can’t connect.
I’ll try again here, but here’s a tip to include this option if possible in the future to be able to disconnect at this stage.

    thanks

    Hi @gabrekc,

Please keep us posted after working on steps suggested by Stuart earlier and please also try the following:

    1. Revoke the previous access permissions to your Google account so you can reconnect. Open the Security tab for your Google account: https://myaccount.google.com/security
Click on the link “Manage third party access” and then remove access for the WooCommerce app.

    2. Go to Dashboard > Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and reconnect your Google account, making sure to grant all requested scopes by checking the boxes.

    3. Reconnect your Merchant Account.

    Thanks!
