Change my custom select fields, NO plugin select field, field by filters

I already had some custom select fields before use the plugin, now the select fields work completely different, and of course, that doesn’t work for me… there’s a way to avoid this behavior? please, thanks in advancehttps://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-checkout-manager/
