Change my editor role to administrator

  • Hello,

    I have a problem because I am in charge of the redesign of a website and the former web designer has assigned the role of editor to my client and he has the role of administrator.

    The web designer in question is unreachable and with the account of my client I have no access to plugins etc. to integrate the website…

    What are the solutions in this kind of situation?
