Change my RSS Feed/Move Blog

I’m horribly brand new to WordPress and have really no idea what I’m doing.

That said, I’m willing to learn, but I need some help getting started.

I have my blog running, and I have podPress set up to do my podcast, but I need to be able to use my old feed URL so I don’t have a duplicate entry in iTunes. How do I do this? I’ve found many articles on the Codex, but, because of my inexperience, none really made sense.

Also, does the WordPress install have to be in a folder named “WordPress”? Rather, how do I (in easy terms, so I get it and can learn) move my blog? For instance, right now the WordPress install is three levels deep and i’d like it to just be one level deep… i.e. instead of example.com/something/blog/wordpress/, I’d like it just to be example.com/blog.

Help, please!
