change name item order

Hi, I have same products grouped.
When one product’s added on cart the name became [name group] -> [name product], I’d like to have only [name product].

I change the name on output of cart.php, mini-cart.php, but if I dont change the name of item I find the name of group on several output order (email, ecc.)

Can you tell me where and how I can change thi input on db?
