Change NextGen gallery ID's

I deleted some previously created galleries, and now when I make a new one with the NextGen plugin, it assigns an ID that I cannot seem to edit. For instance, I only have one gallery, but it assigned an ID of “6” when it should be “1”. Can anyone advise me how to change this? I assume there must be some undeleted trash bin that I cannot find that is storing these old ID numbers.
