    I have some issue –
    Is it possible to change email the card is sent from? Now there is set WordPress@ … I think i went through everything, but I havent found, where to set.

    Hi,

    Thank you for kindly waiting.

    Normally it’s in WooCommerce >> Settings >> Emails. You scroll down a bit and you’ll see the “From” name and “From address input fields under the “Email sender option” section.

    But in case, you’re using an SMTP plugin, you can check it in your SMTP settings.

    Hi, thank you – no problem with the delay.

    I checked it, and it seems to me everything is set correctly. All emails regarding orders / status are with correct sender email / allias. I have no SMTP plugin.

    Do you have another idea, what to check / fix?

    Hi Vladimir, thank you for the reply.

    I’ve tested on my site a few times, the sender email address and the From name were taken from my WooCommerce settings correctly: https://nimb.ws/Dm1OVGu

    Also, our plugin doesn’t have option for Custom sender. Does it only happen to the Gift Card email but not the other WooCommerce emails?

    Perhaps it’s a compatibility issue with another plugin. Have you tested for conflict yet?

    If not, I would recommend running a full conflict test as described here:?https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

    It’s very possible that another plugin (or possibly even your theme) caused a conflict with our plugin, and this will help you identify it.
