Change of styling

for your both changes, you need to override templates files. you can refer this link to override template file : https://wp-eventmanager.com/documentation/template-files-override/

1) you need to override content-event_listing.php file at your child/main theme side and you can change in this file.

2) To change organization section text, you need to override content-single-event_listing-organizer.php file at your child/main theme side. here you need to change text which you wants.
