Change of text

Hi,
Two things do not seem to work well regarding payment fees.
If i change in the advanced tab the text Surcharge gateway fee label to “Kosten betaalmethode”, on the frontend it shows kosten-betaalmethode as you can see.
Other thing is, how to change the text that comes under when selecting a payment method that has got a fee. It is a bit of a strange text and i would like to change it. In loco translate it does not seem to work if i change it?

1. the surcharge name is caused by the plugin from billink payment i know now:

Both billink and mollie use the same class ‘fee’ where the surcharge name is in the checkout. is that the problem? If so, how to solve it? should any of you change the class name?2. tried your version, but text is no different. Also when a search in all the translate files, there is no exact text like given in the checkout when choosing this payment method. It is this text that is added after my description i entered:
<span class=”mollie-gateway-fee”> + 3% prijstoeslag kan van toepassing zijn (incl. VAT)</span>
