https://c2n.me/3DSl2Ak – both this texts doesn belongs to the WOOF functionality. If you want to change them you should look woocommerce documenation.

p.s. I just looked in the google: ovveride this template in your wp theme folder for woocommerce templates – wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\templates\loop\result-count.php
