Change of the supplier’s order price

    I am creating an order for a supplier, the price is being loaded from the product and cannot be modified. I have to open the product, adjust the price, update. Very unpleasant.

    I create a supplier’s order and the goods come for a different price, I have to open the product again ….. Disaster.

    Export and import of Woocomerce data – Metadata – import of price and supplier is not displayed. I have to enter each manually. I have several thousand products.

    I’m happy to buy your product, but it lacks essential features. Or am I wrong?

    If they do not know such basics of warehouse management, I cannot use your product. I agree with some users – the colors are great, but they are not important.

    Are you talking about Purchase Orders?
    If so, you can freely edit the price of any product within a PO (if the order is still not marked as “Received”). Not sure why you are saying that you can’t.
    Just edit any order item after adding it and edit the price there. Also, you have a “Set purchase price” button that you can use to update the product’s purchase price if needed.

    What are you using for exporting/importing products?
    Just to say that the only way to export/import ATUM data is with our ATUM Export PRO.
    But we are not allowed to discuss about our premium add-ons, so if you need more info, please do open a new thread in our official forums

    thank you for the quick reply. The current version of Atum 1.7.3 free (I also looked at your demo) cannot adjust the purchase price. Only the number of pieces and the total price can be adjusted. Can I send you a preview?

    I understand import. I understand – exports, imports, better features you want to pay for, but to edit products for import in Woocomerce and especially Atum is a lot of work. The Purchase Price, Supplier and SKU Supplier could be in the basic ATUM.

    There is no need to have any premium add-on to do so. As you’ve suggested, this part is included in the free version.

    And, as you’ve correctly said, you can adjust the number of pieces and the total. Price. If you only have 1 piece, the total matches with your purchase price. And if then you change the quantity, it adjusts the total field automatically (sam functionality as with WC orders but handling purchase prices).
    Also, when you click on the “Set purchase price” button, it gets the price for a single item and sets it to the product.

    Thank you for answer. You’re right, I didn’t understand the instructions. When purchasing, the price is updated and it is written to Woocommerce. It works properly. Super features.

    I miss the import, but I found snipets on your forum how to do it.

    Regarding the import: what I suggested is our premium add-on (that can export and import all ATUM and WooCommerce data). If you didn’t, please check it out.
